Iowa ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The Iowa Secretary of State requires that all Corporations and LLCs file biennial reports. The Secretary of State will send a reminder to the designated Registered Agent of the company the first week of January. The state offers online filing of the biennial report and offers a discount to companies that choose to file online in lieu of the paper forms.
